The "Aureliano" Restaurant is an impressive space in classic style, in which the design features striking boiséries in clear cherry wood, floral decorations on the vaults in late 19th century style, and brilliant red and blue Murano glass lamp.

Paintings by Valeria Cademartori adorn the space.

The menu is inspired by Mediterranean and international cuisine. There is a vast and interesting wine list, featuring choice Italian regional and international wines.
