The Blue Bar has been created from the old stables, of which the vaults have been preserved with the authentic pink colour of the bricks retained, while the walls in cobalt blue have a starry sky theme. The boiséries are in light ash wood.

The original divans belong to the series designed by the architect Philippe Stark for the Metropolitan Hotel in New York. Paintings by Dora Tassinari adorn the walls.

It is a pleasant and relaxing environment in which to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day.
