The park surrounding the Castle is adorned with the most beautiful ascending terraces and well-tended Italian-style gardens, and in the fine season these are an ideal setting for aperitifs, buffets or cocktails.

The Terrace of the Magnolias, in front of the Chapel of St. Barbara, looks out over the Garden of the Orange Trees, while the Terrace of the Fountain, surrounded by pines that are centuries old, is delightful because of the soothing sound of the water.

On the first level is the Terrace of the Count, an ideal place for light refreshments or aperitifs, offering a view of the surrounding countryside.

Finally there is the Terrace of the Tower, for exclusive use by guests of the Tower Suite, which on clear days affords a view of the sea.
