Free baggage deposit service. Free shuttle service from/to the “La Giustiniana” station.

This service is offered exclusively on request and exclusively at the following times::
7.30 – 10.00 – 12.40 – 14.30 – 17.00 – 19.30 – 22.30

Outside these times, the staff of the Castle can, again on request, send a taxi to the La Giustiniana station, with the cost being borne by the guests.

At the time of booking, details of a credit card are required as a security, the data being kept confidential in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, known as the Privacy Law.

CANCELLATION POLICY::
All bookings, however they are made, are subject to a cancellation policy, with a penalty charged for cancellation after a deadline - specified at the moment of confirmation - or in the event of failure to show.

Management reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card supplied as a security, with a possible pre-authorisation that will be automatically reversed after a maximum period of two weeks (14 days) or when the bill is settled, if settlement occurs first. We would therefore urge you to request all relevant information when making a booking.
